Heath and Ability to Exercise
The practice of Pilates involves physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause injury. It’s therefore important to follow the Pilates teacher’s instructions to avoid the risk of injury and not over-exert beyond what is comfortable for your body. You are responsible for informing the instructor at the start of each class of any injury or other condition that might affect your ability to exercise.
Injury, Loss or Damage
beAlign Pilates is not responsible for any damage or loss to personal property brought onto any premise where classes are run. We shall not be liable for any personal injury while exercising nor while on any building premises where classes are undertaken. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they are capable of doing Pilates, and you do so at your own risk.
