Pilates Classes
beAlign Pilates offers a comprehensive exercise programme for anyone looking to enhance their physical fitness and improve their overall wellbeing. Our mat-based Pilates class is designed to strengthen, lengthen and sculpt your body to improve your posture and overall fitness.
We offer in-person classes on Friday and Saturday mornings at The Ringway Centre, Grove Park.

Pilates offers a wide range of benefits for physical and mental health:

How to book
All classes must be booked in advance.
Please use our booking App, Gymcatch, to make and manage your class bookings. You will need to create an account, login and book a class. You can also contact us to make a booking by using the contact form.
Our classes
Individual group classes cost £12 per session.
You can also purchase a Class Pass containing 7 or 10 credits, or use PAYG to pay for individual classes.
Mat-based Pilates Class
Build core strength and tone, enhance flexibility, and find community in a supportive group setting. This class is right for you if you want to learn the core principles of Pilates and how to safely perform the exercises.

Beginners Pilates Class
If you’re new to Pilates or have limited experience, this class is right for you. You will learn the core principles of Pilates and how to perform basic movements safely. The environment is supportive and encouraging.
10am – 11am – Every Friday at The Ringway Centre
1:1 or 2:1 Pilates Session
We’re delighted to start offering 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates sessions. Each session is personalised and tailored to your unique body and goals. It provides gentle, precise movements that rebuild core strength, improve flexibility, and prevent injury. Pilates is perfect for those easing back into exercise, recovering from an injury, or wanting individualised attention to improve their practice. It provides a supportive, transformative path to renewed fitness and wellbeing.
1:1 or 2:1 Pilates Session cost £40 for a taster and £55 per session.
