Hello, I’m Edna, your Pilates teacher and founder.
Throughout my life, I have always been passionate about movement. In my early years, I trained in modern and jazz dance, and I have continued to participate in physical activities whenever possible. I value exercise not because I am a fanatic about it, but because I appreciate the positive impact it has on my health and wellbeing, helping me to function and perform better in a busy and chaotic world.
My passion for Pilates started during my dance training, and I have since continued to expand my knowledge of the exercise form, anatomy, and physiology. I obtained my Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates, which is endorsed and recognised by CIMSPA.





My goal is to make Pilates accessible to anyone seeking to enhance their quality of life and participate in an enjoyable exercise programme. In each class, I adapt the Pilates exercises and routines to ensure that you can safely experience Pilates while being appropriately challenged at your own pace.

Hi, I’m Onika, your Pilates instructor.
With 17 years of experience as a nurse, I’ve seen firsthand just how important movement, health, and prevention are. That deep understanding is what led me to become a certified Mat Level 3 and Reformer Level 3 Pilates instructor, as well as train in Level 4 Nutrition for Sports and Exercise Performance.
I’m passionate about helping people feel strong, mobile, and confident in their bodies—at every age and stage of life. Whether you’re recovering, building strength, or just starting your movement journey, my goal is to guide you with care, knowledge, and a good dose of encouragement.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll likely find me outside—walking, hiking, or enjoying fresh air with friends and family. Staying active brings me joy, and I’m here to help you find your version of that joy too.
